About the Therapist & Supervisor
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor with experience across inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and integrated primary care settings.
My background includes psychiatric hospitals, crisis services, wraparound youth programs, multisystemic therapy, and collaborative care models within primary care. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including high-acuity and complex presentations.
In addition to direct clinical work, I have provided clinical supervision to clinicians and interns and supported behavioral health teams. This informs a supervision style that is structured, ethical, and grounded in real-world clinical demands—risk assessment, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and sustainable practice.
Across all settings, my work is guided by a systems-focused perspective, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-informed, ethical care.
Practice Philosophy
This practice is built on the belief that effective mental health care requires both clinical skill and thoughtful understanding of the systems people live and work within.
Whether in therapy or supervision, the focus is on helping people make sense of patterns, strengthen decision-making, and build confidence navigating complex personal or professional situations. The work is collaborative, practical, and paced intentionally to support meaningful, lasting change.
